A dedicated brand advocate for the role of: Social Media Community Manager and Content Creator.

You must be based or willing to relocate to Manila to be eligible for this role.


Start date: February 1st

Contract length: Full time, 40 hours


Are you passionate about social media and communicating on behalf of a global brand?

The role will require you to do the following:

  • Drive brand loyalty and customer advocacy

  • Engage and maintain dialogue and company reputation on international social channels

  • Work in English + provide support in an additional language

  • Manage status / post updates and campaigns, encourage dialogue, answer questions or comments, monitor trends at the local level, advise on potential opportunities and solve problems

  • Identify current opportunities to surprise and excite customers - from a one-to-one or one-to-many perspective

  • Collaborate with the social care team to solve customer problems where necessary.

  • Create social media content and campaigns


You need to be a gifted communicator (with customer relations experience a plus). Fluent in spoken and written ENGLISH and possess a perfect written knowledge of ONE MORE language, from the list below:

  • Chinese (Hong Kong/廣東話)

  • Chinese (Taiwan/國語)

  • Malay (Bahasa Melayu)

  • Indonesian (Bahasa)

  • Thai (คนไทย),

  • Filipino (Tagalog)

  • Vietnamese (tiếng Việt)

Well-versed in social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, WordPress.

Able to establish stable relationships with different groups of both internal and external stakeholders for the realization of the key objectives.

Collaborative when working with teams to develop strategy and implement activities to build brand awareness and increase business.

A great problem solver, enjoy an analytical or creative challenge, love the digital world and are passionate about staying up to date and curious about the latest trends in social media.

An organized time manager, autonomous worker, personable and a natural at online networking, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities while still focusing on the objectives.

Any experience in social publishing and in customer listening tools is very welcome.
